At MLFM we use technology as BAU not as an excuse to charge our clients more. We won't employ a drone operator to do a roof inspection then send an additional invoice - we became drone operators so we didn't have to.  We believe that is our responsibility as an FM service provider.

FM technology changes by the day, and as new tech emerges, MLFM staff stay on top of it to ensure you are always aware of your options.  That's not to say we're pushy - we aren't going to force an unneeded system change when the current one is more than sufficient.  We have ethics.

We are also firm believers that the key to effectively managing facilities is maintenance - routine, not reactive.  While reactive maintenance will always be a necessary evil, it's about finding the balance in preventative maintenance so that the cost doesn't outweigh the benefit.
